Give Nepal is run by Sang Dagrang, who owns GlobeWarn.com, the Globe Natural Disaster Warnings Network. The company is registered in France under SIRET 927 924 621 00018. Every one of those facts is verifiable in a public register without asking us for anything.

We put the number first because a site asking you to move money should be identifiable before it is persuasive. If the register does not say what this page says, believe the register.
Why disaster warning leads here
The same question, at two ends.
GlobeWarn exists to answer one question early: where is a natural disaster about to put people in danger. Give Nepal answers the other end of it — after the ground has moved and the water has gone down, which place is still standing, still registered, still doing what it says, and worth rebuilding.
Both are the same discipline. Neither is about sentiment. Both come down to whether the information is accurate, current, and checked by someone who went and looked.
What we are
A verification company. Nothing else.
- We are not a charity and never claim to be one. The charity is the recipient. We are the people who go and check it is real before your money reaches it.
- We receive no donations. Not any, not ever. The only money we are paid is an invoiced service fee for verification work, declared in France. Your 88% goes from your bank to the recipient's and never passes through an account of ours.
- We hold nothing in trust. Because we never take custody of your gift, there is no float, no pooled account, no delay, and nothing for anyone here to mishandle. That is a structural fact, not a promise.
- We work as a team and say "we" because it is true. One person signs the company; more than one does the work.
Why this exists
Sending money to Nepal is easy. Knowing where it landed is not.
The gap this fills is small and specific. A donor abroad can wire money in an afternoon. What no afternoon buys is somebody standing in a classroom in a district that lost its road, holding the registration certificate, having met the person who signs the accounts, and willing to put their own name to the answer.
That is the whole product. The 12% pays for the plane, the three months, and the willingness to come back and say no.
