How it works
You give. We make sure it lands. You never wonder where it went.
You do not fly to Nepal, spend three months checking who deserves your money, and stand over the wire to make sure it arrived. We do that part. Here is exactly what you do, and exactly what we do, from the first click to the signed receipt.
Your part
Four things you do. All of them in one sitting.
- Pick your amount. From €2,500 up. You see the 12% and the 88% split before you commit to anything.
- Read the agreement and sign it. The full contract is on the screen before you sign — not a summary, the whole thing. It is written in your language above the governing English.
- Pay the 12% now. By card or PayPal, in one go. This is the only money that touches us. Nothing is created until it clears.
- Send the 88% yourself — later, when we have found the school. Straight from your bank to the verified recipient's bank. We hand you their real bank details; you make the transfer. We never hold it, never route it, never touch it.
Our part
We go to Nepal and check, in person, before you send a euro.
- We fly out and stay up to three months. Orphan schools and special schools in disaster-hit towns and villages are where we look first.
- We run every candidate through eight checks. Four of them are pass-or-fail. The checklist is public — it is on the How we verify page.
- We meet the people, not just the paperwork. We check the registration at the office that issued it, inspect the accounts, and sit down with the managers on site.
- We get the recipient's bank details from their bank — not handwritten. That is what we hand you, so the 88% goes to a bank account we have confirmed is really theirs.
What you get
A private page, keyed to your email, that fills up as we work.
It is created the moment your 12% clears, and not before. Over the three months it gathers the evidence — and only the evidence.
- The agreement you signed and the confirmation of your payment.
- The verified recipient's registration number and the authority that issued it.
- Photographs from the mission — the place, the work, the people doing it. Children only if the organisation holds the guardians' consent.
- The candidates we turned down, and why.
- The signed receipt, matched against your own bank transfer. When that is on the page, the mission is done.
Two things that never happen
And how to reach us.
- We never ask you to send the 88% through us. Not by email, not by phone, not ever. If any message claiming to be Give Nepal gives you a Give Nepal bank account for the 88%, it is not from us — tell us and we will say so publicly.
- We never chase you. You are in control of the 88% and of the timing. If you go quiet, that is a perfectly good outcome and we leave it there.
